Step Up for Students has started to contact families about renewing their scholarships. Step Up has made it clear that only families who have been prompted should renew at this time.
If you received an email from Step Up to renew, follow the steps below:
- Log in and FOLLOW the step-by-step directions to renew
- Once your renewal has been completed and your 24-25 scholarship(s) have been awarded, we require that your award information be provided to the school for receipt of credit on FACTs. You can email a screenshot of the award information to [email protected]. Select "My Students" in the main menu (2nd option) on EMA. Click on the link provided ("View") next to your student's name on the next page, and take a screenshot of your award information with your student's name and information, the award scholarship program, application ID, award ID, etc.
- If you have more than one child, repeat these steps for each child awarded.
If you have not received an e-mail from Step Up for Students by the end of next week, contact Step Up by phone, at 1-877-735-7837.
