This local program distributes food to local elementary students who receive free and reduced lunch from the Palm Beach County School District. - Serve-A-Thon Update
[Posted Mar 8, 2010] SERVE-A-Thon, a time for students to donate their time and energy to others, is being held this Saturday, March 13th. The service projects will take place in the morning and the celebration picnic will be held in the afternoon on the recess field.
Many students have asked for pledges from family and friends for their community service time and the school is benefiting from the funds being raised.

[Posted Feb 25, 2010] Help Support Junior Mission Trip to Phoenix, Arizona
The Junior class is going to the Dream Center in Arizona to share God’s love with the people of Phoenix. We are putting together hygiene bags and collecting clothes to give to the Dream Center to handout to the homeless people.
We are collecting travel size:
- shampoo
- conditioner
- body wash/bars of soap
- mouthwash
- toothpaste
- dental floss
-New or used (good condition) clothing
-Any monetary donations

ACSI Spelling Bee [Posted Mar 11, 2010] On March 9, 2010, BRCS hosted the ACSI District 5th-8th Spelling Bee. 163 spellers from 10 ACSI schools competed in the RAC during the day. BRCS students who participated included: Grade 5 - Michael Walsh, Stamatina Copulos, Jonathan Zhi, Rex Ciavola; Grade 6 - Carina Sarfati, Kerri Madison; Grade 7 - Alex Scherrer, Conall Smith, Jared Leverette, Joe Palmiotto; Grade 8 - Sarah Reed, Nicole Ciavola, Adrianna Sigalos, and Gabby Hurtado.

- Grandparents & Family Day News
[Posted Mar 8, 2010] Grandparents and Family Day, March 5th, was enjoyed by over 100 families as they attended a special program in the chapel. Mr. Hood and his right arm, Mrs. Tulloch, coordinated a wonderful program for all.

[Posted Mar 5, 2010] Parents and students, in case you are not aware, the SAT Program offers help to high school students who want to apply to college but cannot afford the fees for admissions tests. Softball Breakfast a success! [Posted Mar 5, 2010] Coach Broyles and all the softball girls were excited to have so many people attend the breakfast this past Tuesday. The coach cooked and, with a cheerful heart, each of the girls served breakfast to students, faculty, parents, and friends. It was a time of fun, fellowship, and fine food for all while supporting the Varisty Girls Softball Team. Thank you!

Thank you from the heart! [Posted Mar 5, 2010] Thank you to everyone who donated clothes/suitcases/school supplies, etc. for the high school missions trips. The items we give to those in need are a huge blessing and encouragement. Those receiving the items have very little and appreciate your gifts very much.

Students of the Month: Jan-Feb 2010 [Posted Mar 1, 2010] This recognition is given to students based on the following criteria and selection by teachers. The criteria are as follows: a student who works to his potential, shows kindness to others, desires to grow spiritually and seeks to be a light in the community, does tasks without being asked, has a good attitude, and reaches out to others.
